Our HVAC technicians are the best in Southwest Florida. Our technicians respect you and your home and will wear the foot covers to protect your floors and clean up after they have completed your job. If you are not satisfied with our technicians performance when they are finished, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your equipment, the service we provided, our technicians, or another reason, we will correct the problem and make it right during the first two years after your service has been completed. If we can not correct the problem, you will not pay.
During the first two years after service has been completed, if you system breaks down and you do not have heat or cooling overnight, we will make it right by paying up to $500 for you to stay at the hotel of your choosing. Please notify us that your system is not working, and give us the chance to repair it.
We stand behind our equipment and guarantee that it has been installed and/or repaired correctly. If during the first two years after installation your system does not heat or cool to your liking, we will remove the equipment and return 100% of your investment cost.

Your floors, carpets, walls, and furniture are all protected! We use protective floor coverings and hall runners on your floors in high work traffic areas of your property.
When we install you HVAC equipment, we guarantee that we have installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance and operating standards. Your system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have made a promise that a temperature of not more than plus or minus 1 degree at your electric thermostat,. If you desired temperature setting is not achieved, we will make the needed upgrades, repairs, or modifications necessary to reach your desired temperature at no charge for a period of 5 years, from the time of installation.
